GTM Engineer

About the role

As GTM Engineer at Frontrunners Group you own the go-to-market engine for all three labels — Owlie Jobs, InSync Jobs and Numio Jobs. You build the systems that let our recruiters, account managers and marketers move faster: outbound sequences, enrichment pipelines, CRM workflows, AI agents and reporting. If a process is manual, you automate it. If data is missing, you unlock it. You're the reason our GTM feels ten steps ahead of the market.

Key responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech stack across Owlie, InSync and Numio: CRM, outbound platforms, enrichment, dashboards.
• Design and build outbound systems — sequences, signals, intent data, personalised messaging at scale.
• Automate manual GTM work with n8n, Zapier and AI agents. Free every recruiter's calendar of admin.
• Build reporting and attribution so every label knows what's working and what isn't.
• Partner with label leads to launch new commercial motions, faster than any single-brand agency could.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in a GTM Engineer, RevOps, Growth Engineer or similar hybrid role.
• Hands-on with HubSpot (or comparable CRM), Clay, n8n / Zapier, and modern outbound tooling.
• Comfortable with SQL, REST APIs and light scripting (JavaScript / Python).
• You understand B2B sales motions — outbound, inbound, account-based — and can translate them into systems.
• Bonus: experience with AI agents, LLM prompting, data enrichment pipelines.
