SaaS Talent Partner

About the role

As a SaaS Talent Partner you don't spend your days digging through LinkedIn. You focus on what actually makes an impact: building relationships with clients and candidates. Our process works like this — you onboard new clients and run the job intake. The intake is automatically transcribed into our CRM, our AI kicks off a search and delivers a shortlist of matching candidates. You qualify, present and guide the process from A to Z. You visit tech companies across the Netherlands, advise them on hiring and grow relationships into key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Three core areas: Recruitment, Account Management and Sales.
• You work daily with dozens of start-ups and scale-ups to attract and retain talent.
• You act as Account Manager for your own book of clients and keep them happy.
• You expand our client base — Owlie is the largest job platform in the Benelux and we keep growing.
• You work from home or from our office toward our end goal: Owlie becoming the first fully automated, AI-driven job platform.

What we're looking for

• You're currently in B2B sales — at a start-up, scale-up, staffing or recruitment agency — and you feel it could be better.
• You're curious, commercially minded and get energy from conversations with clients and candidates.
